The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your name, email, city, country and the activities you chose, together with the time you ticked the consent box. We use them to send you the confirmation and news about the first lodges, and for nothing else. We never sell or share them.
Your details live in our own database, in our customer system (Twenty, on our own server in Europe) and in Brevo, the European email service that sends our emails. You can leave the list at any time by writing to hello@lyplaces.com, and we delete your details on request.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. With your consent we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used. Nothing loads from Google before you accept, and you can change your choice at any time under in the footer.
We also use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count visits and see which parts of the site are read. It stores nothing in your browser: no cookie, no identifier.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@lyplaces.com. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
